Russian tycoons moor their yachts in Maldives

Yachts owned by Russian billionaires were spotted sailing off the coast of Maldives on Friday (March 4) after they were docked at the capital Male recently, as governments ramped up sanctions on Russia's super-rich. Emer McCarthy reports.
