I Found A Rockford Speedway Race Car #77

I found a Rockford Speedway Race Car #77 at an old auto shop. I'm not entirely sure what happened to the owner or if he's still alive. It looks like the auto shop has been closed for some time. I DO NOT SAY THE NAME OF THE RACER OR THE SHOP TO PREVENT THEFT OR VANDALISM. All I know is the car was once used in a 1991 Rockford Speedway race and I couldn't locate any footage. Just a single photo.
