How To Make Dragon Balls

In this video I share my original recipe for air-fried Dragon Balls.

If you are looking for a different type of snack to serve your friends at a party, or watching sports, or you are just craving a little bit of bite, and a lot of flavor dragon balls might be for you!

I created this recipe when my husband came back from working in Indiana. He loves a German restaurant out there called Ghersthaust. They serve a sauerkraut ball with a horseradish dip that he orders at every visit.

You will need:

2 cups Giardinera (a fermented cauliflower, carrot, and serrano pepper mix), drained
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs

The dip
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon horseradish

**Using the oven: I have a vintage oven which uses a standing pilot light. This means the pilot light is always on, there is no igniter. My oven, therefore, stays warm enough to incubate ferments.
