Stop Eating 6 Meals a Day!!!

For years doctors and dieticians have "taught" their patients to eat six a day to regulate blood sugar and keep weight gain down. Diabetics and obese patients have been given this advice as well.

What most of these poor patients discovered was that this is terrible advice, it only leads to constant hunger, elevated blood insulin levels, and weight gain.

Stop eating six times per day, it is not healthy, is based on NO meaningful research at all, and leads only to long-term disease.
