How Can Fresh-Squeezed Organic Orange Juice Be Bad? Should You Drink It?

Regularly drinking fruit juice, whether sweetened or not, can frustrate you and your dietary goals. Drinking fruit juice raises your blood sugar which in turn elevates your insulin level. Neither of these developments will help you reach your ideal weight.

Fruit juice, even when fresh-squeezed and organic, can lead to fatty liver, insulin resistance and ultimately Type 2 Diabetes.
