Will BANANAS Make You Fat? (Wait for It...)

Sorry for the Rant, but I'm sick and tired of hearing people say that bananas are a great source of Potassium and other nutrients. So much misinformation is in our popular media and culture that we often don't even know what is good for our bodies, and the bodies of our children.

The original banana was a short, bitter, un-tasty fruit with large seeds. Over the last 5000 years we humans have bred them to be larger, prettier, and FULL OF SUGAR. Eating them yourself, or giving them to your children and babies, is a bad idea. There are much better sources of nutrition, and all that sugar can lead to disease.

If you'd like to learn more about how big-food can take a pretty healthy fruit and breed it into a sugar-coma dessert, and kill people and small-businesses in the process, read this: http://amzn.to/2FvnQhy
