Can the Ketogenic Diet Help with MIGRAINE Headaches?

So many adults and teenagers suffer from migraine headaches in the U.S. that we spend billions each year trying to prevent them, or treat them after they happen. Wouldn't it be great if there was a diet that helped prevent them, and make them less severe.

Patients in my practice keep telling me that the ketogenic diet has helped with their migraine headaches, and that they have been able to stop taking medications to prevent and treat migraines when they are eating keto. There is no reason why others couldn't benefit as well.
