Depression: What if it’s Your Food (2018 Theory)

Depression is a serious, life-threatening disease. Millions suffer, and the prescription medications given often don't improve the suffering. The prevailing explanation as to why some people suffer from depression is that they have a chemical imbalance in their brain.

The problem is, this chemical imbalance theory of depression has never been proven, or really even been investigated. This theory has been very profitable for big-pharma, as making a pill to improve such imagined imbalances is easy for them. Not once has a single persons cerebro-spinal fluid in their brain been tapped to show such an imbalance. Not once, has a single neuron in a depressed brain been removed and shown to have such an imbalance.

Perhaps we need a new theory as to what is causing the depression epidemic western society is currently suffering from. Perhaps, it is the food we've been told to eat...
