So much mis-informiation is circulating on the web about what causes gallstones that a video was in order. Medical research is very clear of what causes increase risk of gallstones, from diet to lifestyle; these things are known.

There are a list of risk factors for gallstone formation that all med students learn, and eating a LCHF diet is NOT one of them. There are several risk factors you should know about, because you can change them.

Eating an ancestral diet, such as the ketogenic diet, is very safe and very healthy. Such a diet provides optimal nutrition your body needs, in a dietary format your body can use.
