1 Medium Onion (thinly sliced)
24 oz frozen shredded hash brown, thawed
2 C Shredded Cheese (Your choice)
10 3/4 oz Can condense Soup Roasted Pepper (your choice) Cream of Chicken, Mushroom, Celery so many to choose from, be creative.
2 Cups Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
