PM Imran Khan orders forensic audit of multi-million-rupee scam of Establishment Division.

Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has ordered forensic audit of a 48 million-rupee scam in Establishment Division.

Establishment Division acts like nerve centre and regulates the functioning of bureaucracy in Pakistan. According to reports, the senior officers of Establishment Division made fake purchases of stationery items and other stores.

Corruption of bureaucracy is phenomenal in Pakistan, however, no overhauling of the system, unfortunately, is in sight.
