Collegedale Vagrant Meet & Greet

Meet & greet your LOCAL City of Collegedale - Government vagrant living under Little Debbie Parkway.

This vagrant is one of the repeat offenders that have done the following:
- Pan handled to patrons of Chick-Filet / Panda
- Setup shop at the I-75 off ramp in his lawn chair soliciting money
- Intoxicated in front of Burger-King riding his bike in the middle of the road in the dark going the wrong direction
- Jay walking across multiple lanes of traffic appearing to be intoxicated
- Today he is back living under the Little Debbie Bridge (again) and creating TONS of garbage.
You notice he has enough money to buy cigarettes. Maybe Walmart could give him a JOB where he can contribute to society like everyone else that funded to build that bridge he is dwelling under on their tax dollars or cleaning up he and his friends CRAP in the creek and roadways.
Multiple organizations in town state DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY, give them a voucher (and how about a job application).
