NYC Man Released Without Bail After Rubbing His Own Feces On a Woman's Face at the Subway

Career Criminal with 44 previous charges of various severity, including assault, hate crimes and robbery (within a couple weeks of each other), was released without the need for bail in New York after taking a dump in a bag in the New York Subway after an unsuccessful cat calling, only to return and share the contents of the bag all over the face of his victim. Frank Abrokwa is well known to the authorities and even backtalked the judge who mindlessly let him go, thanks to the wonderful bail reform currently destroying the city. But I'm sure he will learn his lesson this time...
