Ukraine's ambassador to the UN, Sergiy Kyslytsya,
compared the Russian leader Vladimir Putin with Adolf
Hitler and urged the world to respond in a resolute and
united manner when he spoke at an emergency special
session of the UN general assembly on Russia's invasion
of Ukraine
