Making carne guisada tacos in Vietnam (part 1)

I made Hanoi's first carne guisada tacos! This first video will focus mostly on making tortillas but I do make the tacos at the end. Video part 2 focuses on making the carne guisada itself. I have searched all over the internet in Hanoi and found approx 6-7 Mexican restaurants here but none sell carne guisada. I guess because its a Tex-Mex thing not Mexico thing. I did go to a Mexican restaurant here and surprisingly the owner is originally from Austin, TX, but still no carne guisada.
