The Senate approved a resolution that would block the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois announced that the former speaker of the Illinois House, Michael Madigan, is being charged with nearly $3 million in racketeering and bribery.
