Rep Phil Lyman Explains HB371 Voting Bill and Utah Election Issues

As the public demanded by the tens of thousands that Utah stop universal mail-in ballots and investigate election issues, Rep Phil Lyman sponsored a bill that would terminate the universal mail-in balloting across the state. Although several other concerning election bills were easily passed, Lyman's widely supported bill was dead without even leaving the committee that he was part of.
