Paul Elias Alexander, Ph.D. is a global expert on COVID-19. Alexander holds master's level study at York University Canada, a master's in epidemiology at the University of Toronto, a master's in evidence-based medicine at Oxford and a doctorate in evidence-based medicine and research methods from McMaster University in Canada. He has published on COVID treatment and has other COVID-related scientific publications. He has teaching experience in epidemiology and in the teaching of clinical epidemiology to masters, doctoral, clinical practitioners, and surgeons in evidence-based medicine and research methodology. Alexander is a former assistant professor at McMaster University in evidence-based medicine and research methodology; former COVID pandemic evidence-synthesis advisor to WHO-PAHO Washington, DC (2020) and former senior advisor to COVID pandemic policy in Health and Human Services (HHS) Washington, DC (A secretary), in the U.S. government in the Trump administration; worked/appointed in 2008 at WHO as a regional specialist/epidemiologist in Europe's Regional office Denmark (nations involved in assigned WHO's project were Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Poland).
