Zucchini Lasagna Fit lowcarb Delicious

Ingredients
2 zucchinis cut into slices
150 g of cottage cheese
1 tablespoon (soup) light curd
50 g grated parmesan cheese
200 ml of tomato sauce
100 g of turkey breast
chives to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation
In a skillet, brown the zucchini slices on both sides.
Season with salt to taste and set aside.
In a bowl, place the cottage cheese, cottage cheese, parmesan.
Add the chives, salt and pepper to taste and mix until creamy.
Reserve.
Assemble the lasagna in a refractory, putting a little of the sauce.
Then arrange the zucchini slices.
Top with chopped turkey breast.
Make a layer with the reserved cream cheese.
Repeat until the refractory is complete.
Finish with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
