Fitness Frying Apple Pie

Ingredients:
½ cup (tea) of light sugar
2 apples
2 tablespoons of raisins
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of butter
¾ cup of whole-wheat flour
2 tablespoons of almond flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
3 drops of vanilla
1 teaspoon (coffee) baking powder
Method of preparation:
Chop the apples and drizzle with the juice of 1 lemon. In a frying pan, put ¼ cup (tea) of sugar and let it melt until it forms a syrup. Add the chopped apples, the raisins, mix well and let it cook. Meanwhile, in a mixer, place the eggs and ¼ cup (tea) of light sugar. Beat well until it forms a white cream. Stop beating and add the melted butter, whole wheat flour, almond flour and mix well. Then add the cinnamon powder, vanilla and baking powder. Mix well and pour the dough over the apples that are in the skillet. Cover the skillet and let it cook for about 20 minutes on very low heat. Remove from the heat, turn the cake onto a plate, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately. Makes 5 servings.
