Lately, I've decided to read books on topics I want to optimize at the current moment.

Today I'm going to talk about a book I found which has changed my view on sleeping!

Matthew Walker wrote this amazing book called "Why We Sleep" and I've put a lot of his points to practice. I'll be releasing a video soon which takes a closer look at each point, but the summary of the book comes down to effective sleeping strategies and habits, coupled with lifestyle and how it all affects the way we sleep.

Highly recommend this read!
