Russian airborne troops landed in Kharkiv. According to reports, there were immediate clashes between Russian paratroopers and Ukrainian forces.

● Reportedly, 21 killed and 112 wounded in last 24 hours in Kharkiv. Four persons were killed and nine wounded in fresh shelling of Kharkiv. Russian cruise missiles hit city council building of Kharkiv.

● According to media reports, Russian forces stepped up shelling of Kharkiv and Zhytomyr.

● Russian military claims they have taken over Kharkiv.

● Russian presidential office says it is likely that Kherson has not been captured but heavy street fighting is going on.

● Eastern city of Mariupol under heavy shelling. According to Russian sources, Mariupol has been surrounded. Mayer of Mariupol says the city has suffered mass casualties and water outage due to non-stop Russian attack.

● Beseiged Ukrainian cities are bracing for more Russian attacks.

● Dozens of kilometers long Russian convoy heading toward Kyiv has been slowed down. US intelligence sources say Russians are suffering from food and fuel shortages.
