INGREDIENTS :

4 cubed Chicken Breasts
1 sliced Red Bell Pepper
1 sliced large Onion
2 minced Garlic Cloves
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Cup Honey
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Hot Water
chopped scallions ( garnish )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.In a mixing bowl add 4 cubed Chicken Breasts
.Dust 2 Tablespoons Corn Starch, 2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour onto Chicken to avoid clumping
.mix until chicken is tough to work with set aside
.In a bowl add, 1 Cup Honey, 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
.add 1/4 Teaspoon Salt, 1/4 Teaspoon black Pepper
.add 2 minced Garlic Cloves , 1 Cup Hot Water and Mix together
.In Slow Cooker add Chicken and half of the Sauce mix
.Add 1 sliced Red Bell Pepper, 1 large sliced Onion
.Add remaining Sauce mix and mix together
.Cook high heat for 3 to 4 hours stirring occasionally
.serve with rice & garnish with chopped scallions
