Family of Cheektowaga hit and run victim remembers him as "fun-loving" and "funny"

Paul Kitchen's family described him as fun-loving, funny and regimented. Kitchen died after he was hit by a car on Clinton Street in Cheektowaga Saturday. The driver who hit Kitchen fled the scene.
