Where I Lay My Head is Home: 15 Years as a Nomad

I am a nomad. In the last 15 years I have not lived in any one place for more than a few months. Various towns, cities, pueblos, rainforest indigenous communities, tropical beaches and even the base of a volcano or two, in diverse places including Colorado, California, Ecuador, and Peru, have all been "home." It has been nearly as difficult as it has been rewarding. From the collapse of the California outlaw weed industry, the pandemic, to more personal hurdles including the suicide of my mother, mysterious health problems, an unexpected child, and our complete financial ruin at the hands of a hacker attack, this journey has been nearly as difficult as it has been rewarding. Nearly, but certainly worth it at the end of the day.
I have lived with people that only left the jungle for the first time a decade ago. I have consumed nearly every plant medicine known to man, both medicinal and visionary. I have beheld breath-taking natural wonders of every imaginable variety. And through all of this I have endured a hellishly intense introspective nightmare that is usually the territory of people half my age. Growth only stops in our society because of the nature of the Matrix, and growth is painful, but ultimately liberating. And empowering. Living as a nomad, always entering into uncharted territory, one is forced into constant evolution and expansion.
In this livestream I will tell much of the story, share what I have learned, and do what I can to encourage all of you that have not taken the plunge to embrace freedom at any cost. If I can do it, so can you.
