One of the easiest ways to jazz up a meal and quickly enhance flavors is to add Tomato Powder. This year we have been making and posting tons of tomato recipe videos. These recipes frequently use a food milling process. Whenever you use a food mill there is leftover tomato "byproduct." You could throw the byproduct to your chickens, or compost it, but we prefer to use every part of the tomato. The easiest product to make using the discarded tomato waste from previous recipes is to dehydrate the tomato byproduct and then turn it into Tomato Powder.
