My first video about cooking class is here! In this video, I'm going to show you how to prepare a classic Italian dish: the "Pappa al pomodoro" (tomato bread soup). The receipt is really simple and it is recommended when you have some old bread you don't want to toss.

• 30 Fluid oz tomato sauce
• 3 Tablespoons tomato paste
‪• 8/10 basil leaves‬
• 30 Fluid oz vegetable broth
• 2 Whole garlic cloves
• 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 Teaspoon sugar
• Salt and Pepper to taste
