Russian missiles continued to hit administrative and residential buildings in Ukraine's second largest city, Kharkiv. In a video released by Ukraine's Ministry of Emergency Situations shows firefighters attempting to put out a fire burning in the the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kharkiv.
