UNHCR 'concerned' at Ukraine border racial profiling reports

Amid reports that African citizens fleeing Ukraine are being blocked from crossing borders, the U.N.'s refugee agency said on Wednesday that people should be allowed to seek safety 'irrespective of nationality or race'. David Doyle has more.
