1994 the Harbor Department granted a REVOCABLE PERMIT to the L.A. Regional Food Bank to use the site as a COMMUNITY GARDEN.

2004 Horowitz issued a EVICTION notice to the GARDENERS
2006 the Annenberg Foundation would donate the MONEY TO BUY the farm
