Episode 10 - Outlast

Hey Cynizens!

So, as the title suggests, I have avoided playing this game since my 20s. I remember when it came out; I was so tempted to buy it and play it, but after reading the reviews, watching the trailer and watching a few other folks play it on YouTube, I decided that I wasn't going to ever take this particular dive. But here we are! All for you guys :) I may be slightly desensitized after playing games like Visage, but surprisingly, it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it was going to be. There are some good jump scares, but ultimately it started to feel more like a stealth survival game rather than a horror game after a while. All that being said, I enjoyed it overall. Might visit this one again in a future episode, for sure.
