Ranking the Strongest Characters in Wano | One Piece Tier List

Well here we go. Today we are making a/several Tier Lists, ranking the major characters in Wano by their power. This video is not scripted... so... if you like it then I might be able to make more content like it. Note: For some reason Yamato was not on this list, but I do consider her a top tier fighter. I do attempt to address this problem.
