Sheepdog Is Supposed To Be Guarding Sheep But Has Other Plans In Mind

We all know what it’s like waking up on a cold winter morning. You pray that the temperature in your bedroom is somewhat bearable while you rest cocooned inside your blanket. You dread the thought of having to step on the cold hardwood floor but you know that that is the only way you’ll wake yourself up enough to start the day.

The first few minutes of cold arctic air blasting your sleepy body are enough to make you shudder and wake up with a start, although your brain is not so eager to get on the wake up train. The coffee pot is calling for you and you run towards it, only to stumble every few inches on your feet. Foot coordination seems to be off, but once the sweet brown ambrosia hits your palate, everything is back on track and you’re ready to get on with your day.

Having a bit too much fun the night before definitely takes a toll on a person the following morning. It seems that you have drained all of your lifesource and suddenly you are left with just the bare minimum energy to get you through the day. You are easily irritable and you are sensitive to the environment around you, but it will all pass with just a bit of sleep, at least that’s what you keep telling yourself. Power naps are amazing, but they would be much better if you could continue sleeping after them. This cute pupper is the greatest example of this phenomenon.

We believe that that's exactly what's happening in this video. Obviously this dog is on duty and his job is to guard the sheep from wild threats, such as wolfs, foxes, bear and you name it. However it seems like it is definitely not his day as all he want to do is relax, take it easy, sit on a rocking chair and pop open a bottle of beer.

It does seem to be his lucky day since he is not even warned from his owner regarding his lacking. Never the less, we believe that we can all relate to this big guy. The matter of the fact is that we all need a break from time to time and also it's not like we wake up super fresh every morning. And on the other hand the weather is nice and shiny and perfect for some back scratching on the dry grass.rumble
