Episode 1 REFLECTION

AN AFTER THOUGHT ON "LETTING GO"
This episode was the first of the original video series, which dates back to the spring of 2017, following two long years of note taking and writing. I was soon to turn 69. My project at that time had not yet established a complete vision of the series, but only the major stages in this process of reflection, that, at the time, I called the Path… It would therefore grow as the subsequent episodes took shape. I had a fairly well-structured intuition of my questioning, but my final destination and the essential answers still remained a mystery at this stage. It would finally take me more than eight years of writing, editing and production to have a clearer vision of life, as you will read it in these pages. It then became clear to me that all this searching or questioning about life and our possible continuity, would be a long and difficult one... It could only be done properly by keeping both feet firmly on the ground, well connected to our source of life and its never ending fluidity; because for sure, this process would be very challenging and no doubt full of so many surprises!
