Neural Style Transfer: Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel - "Evil Intentions"

A first attempt test of Neural Style Transfer, using TensorFlow in Jupyter Notebook to transfer the style of the icon of Jesus Christ Pantocrator, applied to a frame of the Bishop Emmanuel, in order to produce a keyframe for ebSynth.
The keyframe was taken from the video after it was rendered in frames using the Saver feature in Davinci Resolve to break up the video.
