Comedic Screenwriter and Actor Thor Ramsey: The Rise of the CHURCH PEOPLE Movie

Thor Ramsey is a nationally known stand-up comedian and one of the most recognized names in Christian comedy.

Since 1987, Thor has performed in comedy clubs and churches across the country.

Thor wrote and produced his own comedy series for one season, "Comedy At Large with Thor Ramsey.” And he has also produced and directed five standup comedy specials.

And many of you may know Thor as the host of "Bananas," which ran for three seasons, Thor was featured in three of the best-selling Christian comedy DVDs of all-time, "Thou Shalt Laugh," from the same producer as The Blue Collar Comedy Tour.

Thor Ramsey wrote CHURCH PEOPLE, in which he stars as "Guy" the megachurch youth pastor, which I personally found to be one of the funniest faith-based comedy movies ever made thus far.
