Crazy Christian Idea

Some Christians have this crazy idea that they don't need to train during the little events of daily life. They have this crazy idea that when a real challenge arises, they will just somehow magically have the power and experience to know what to do and how to handle it. That is crazy. God is not going to magically endow their lazy lukewarm brain with miraculous power to conquer Goliath.

Sadly, many people have fallen for either weak preaching or the devil's life (one in the same, huh?).

Victory in battle requires preparation. Simple preparation like significant time in prayer. Simple preparation like 2 Timothy 2:15, studying to show yourself approved to God. Simple preparation like being part of a church family.

Victory is not a mystery, but it does require preparation.
