Where Training Begins

Where does Christian training begin? I'm going to tell you that Christian training begins in the little things. God are not going to send you off to an anti-Christian country and let you learn to survive the hard way (life is anti-Christian enough as it is). Christians start their training in the little things of life. I'm talking about standing patently in line at the grocery store waiting your turn. I'm talking about dealing with traffic with out yelling profanities at other drivers.

If a Christian cannot navigate the common irritations of life, then he or she does not have spiritual depth. If they cannot manage the little things, then what do you think the odds are of them being able to manage the really big things of life? Slim to none, would be a good answer here.

Embrace the idea that everyday is training for Christians.
