Child Murderer Putin a War Criminal to be Captured, Prosecuted & Punished
Read the War Crimes Which Vlad Has Already Violated

Failed War: Vladimir Putin's war with Ukraine has not started auspiciously. His army and air force failed to score any decisive victories. No large population areas are secured, the Russian Army suffered larger than expected losses. As a result Putin has been exposed to scrutiny and ridiculed, his legend punctured. Most important, Putin is a War Criminal who committed genocide and the UN, Europe & America must lose no speed in charging him with War Crimes. And if there were any justice he would get life in prison but deserves the death penalty.

Cluster Bombs & Nuclear Threats: Most alarming, Putin has used cluster bombs, is firing unguided missiles into civilian areas, and has injured and killed non combatants, including mothers and young children. Most alarming is his threat to use nuclear weapons. Overall, madman Putin has broken many international rules of combat and is now a war criminal. His loss of face and criminal status make him that much more dangerous. He won't go quietly.

Rules of War: The Rules of War are largely crafted to protect non combatants. There is no one overarching Law of War, but the AHA notes: “Certain kinds of behavior are prohibited not only by these international agreements but by the customary or common law of warfare as well. The provisions of the conventions (written law) and also many of the provisions of the common law of warfare (unwritten law) are embodied in the military manuals of civilized states.“

Geneva Convention: In terms of the rules Putin is currently breaking, the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) is part of the Geneva Convention, first established by the 19th century Red Cross. The core fundamental principles of IHL are:
The distinction between civilians and combatants.
The prohibition to attack those hors de combat (i.e. those not directly engaged in hostilities).
The prohibition to inflict unnecessary suffering.
The principle of necessity.
The principle of proportionality.
The IHL can be summed up in four precepts: i. Do not attack non-combatants; ii Attack combatants only by legal means, iii. Treat persons in your power humanely, and iv. Protect the victims.

War Crimes: Following are the explicit laws Putin has already viol;ted in Ukraine, from the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, Article 8: War Crimes, Part B:
Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in international armed conflict, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
i. Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual civilians not taking direct part in hostilities;
ii. Intentionally directing attacks against civilian objects, that is, objects which are not military objectives;
iii. Intentionally directing attacks against personnel, installations, material, units or vehicles involved in a humanitarian assistance or peacekeeping mission in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, as long as they are entitled to the protection given to civilians or civilian objects under the international law of armed conflict;
iv. Intentionally launching an attack in the knowledge that such attack will cause incidental loss of life or injury to civilians or damage to civilian objects or widespread, long-term and severe damage to the natural environment which would be clearly excessive in relation to the concrete and direct overall military advantage anticipated;
v. Attacking or bombarding, by whatever means, towns, villages, dwellings or buildings which are undefended and which are not military objectives;
Russia's Bloody Past Updated: Putin has dragged the globe back into the last century's mindless tyrannical invasions and ghastly murders. He's offered no defensible excuse for invading Ukraine, but his claim that all Ukrainians are Russians who must reunite is grimly laughable. Undoubtedly, the best way to handle this would be to persuade Putin to leave quietly and go back to Russia to sulk. But how can the globe accept this war of choice, doe without any without provocation?
Hunt Down Putin & Cage Like Animal: It's justified to commit dozens of global special force teams to go capture or kill Vladimir. And since Putin is worth over $200 billion his wealth must be stripped and given to Ukraine to make it whole for deaths and destruction. And if the Russians launch even one nuclear armament, Russia must be driven back to the Stone Age and completely stripped of any arms. And folks, this story is just getting started.
