Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen are zooming down the road in their Hot Rod Lincoln so fast that they pass David Bowie thumbing by the road as they start off today's Segue City Special as we roll through another Hump Day after a bad dream the night before... or maybe it was just a bad television show with somebody going on about the state of the union... we're more concerned with the state of how many doughnuts we can have with our coffee tomorrow...

Segue City will be a recurring short-form programming element of "The Big Kahuna" - one of GET's developmental Internet Radio formats created by Dain Schult. It’s all a part of GET’s radio division – American Internet & Radio (“AIR”).

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles. Other times there's hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
