British PM 'Putin must and will fail'

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Tuesday (March 1) that Vladimir Putin "is prepared to use barbaric and indiscriminate tactics against innocent civilians" in Ukraine, but stressed he was convinced the Russian president "will fail."
