Quake: Dimension of the Past - E5M5: The Stronghold (Nightmare, 100% Secrets)

After three difficult levels in a row, we finally get a breather! This map is pretty easy compared to what we faced before, but just make sure to grab the Quad Damage right before going through the Gold Key door to deal with the two Shamblers, the three Vores, and the horde of Death Knights that lie beyond!
