The WHO Constitution will override national constitutions. *See description*

Whilst everyone is distracted by the events in Ukraine the WHO rammed through an international treaty on 'pandemic' procedures.

This means if a pandemic is called by the WHO, the WHO Constitution will take precedence over a country's laws and will override that country's constitution. The WHO will be able to order compulsory vaccinations/clotshots/HIV injections etc and the isolation/containment of individuals within a country.
