Kenny Seybold is the Director of Custodial Operations at Flagler County schools in Palm Coast, FL.
Kenny tells us in this episode that COMMUNICATION is the key to all facility maintenance issues. 
It is with everyone, from the Superintendent, Principal, Asst. Principal to the frontline custodian, it is the most important issue on every level.
Kenny and Flagler use a program called Essential Assets for work orders and Event Manager.
From the Home Show with over 30,000 people to the 1,500 person auditorium, a middle schools dance, to the wrestling matches, all of these have to be coordinated with facilities management because come Monday morning, the students will be utilizing all of these same areas for learning.
"If you are new to Facility Maintenance, you need to have communication skills above all," says Kenny.
