Dave Sharma: Ukraine making Russia's invasion 'much harder' than expected

Liberal MP Dave Sharma says there are "a few things" which have surprised Russia in its invasion of Ukraine.
"One has been the willingness of Ukrainians to fight, and the ... resistance of their armed forces," Mr Sharma told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
"Two has been the civilian will, I think they were expecting, particularly in Russian speaking towns like Kharkiv, that they would be welcomed as liberators - that clearly is not happening.
"Three, the resolve of the government and President Zelenskyy down here, I think Russia may have anticipated that he would've fled into exile or across the border but he's really rallied his people and rallied his armed forces ... they're making this much harder for Russia than they expected."
