360° Circumferential Lower Body Lift with Dermal Flap & Modified Longitudinal Thigh Reduction

This female patient in her 30's had lost over 100 lbs with a gastric sleeve procedure. She has a lot of hanging skin around her waist, hips and buttock as a result and wants it removed, but she doesn't want to lose any volume in her buttock. So in addition to his signature 360° circumferential lower body lift, Dr. Katzen is going to perform an autologous dermal flap, also known as a propeller flap or 'Cinnabon Bum' to get more projection from the buttock.
