Hey Everyone! I'm at a "new to me" campsite and loving it here! Sierra has been a blast and seems to enjoy this site very much. We have a small waterfall around the corner, mining ruins next door, a natural spring coming right through camp, and SOLITUDE. Hardly anyone has come by, except for my friends who are always welcome. Planning to truck camp next weekend with Tyler and hopefully Leo, the two guys who were featured in the Tundras this past week. Hope you all have had a great weekend!

Italian Beef Pressure Cooker Recipe:

3.5-4lbs Pot Roast
16oz jar of medium heat peppercinis
1 packet of Italian dressing (powder form)
2 beef bouillon cubes (MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIENT)
1 cup of water

Place everything in pressure cooker, bring it to pressure for 60 minutes...and ENJOY! It's SOOOOO GOOD!
