Black Nebraskans incarcerated at disproportionately high rates compared to white Nebraskans

Despite only accounting for 5% of Nebraska's population, Black Nebraskans make up 19% of the incarcerated population, according to a recent study conducted by the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
