I met Chef Jonathan during the more intense Game Center Days of yesteryear. He was into fighting games (like Ultra Street Fighter IV, Marvel Vs Capcom 3, & MK9) and shooters (MW3). When I found out back then that he was a Le Cordon Bleu student, we quickly became friends because we loved talking about food. Today he runs his own "one-man restaurant": CulinaryMadness101! In this video, I pay the SoCal private chef a visit and try out his signature cold-smoked, cheese-topped smash burger: the SMOKENBURG.
