"Russian Tank" video Propaganda? Was the tank actually Ukrainian? Was it even a Tank? The Driver?

The video I put out yesterday giving my take on what appeared to be a Russian tank crushing a civilian vehicle was met with mixed reaction. Especially from our platforms with international groups.
